Terms of Service

By reading this and accepting the invoice, the client acknowledges that they understand and agree to the following terms. Refusal to adhere to these terms will result in the immediate cancellation of the transaction and the loss of payment up to the commission’s current level of completion.The terms of service are subject to change.General
- My works are not allowed to be used as NFTs, or used on the blockchain / blockchain technology, any / all of my works used on blockchain websites and services are copyright infringements and will be reported.
Usage of my works as AI training data is not allowed.- In order to enforce the terms of service, a blacklist and a block list will be used against those who do not adhere to the terms of service.- By providing a line of communication, the client agrees to act in a professional manner. Inappropriate/aggressive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. Should this or a breach of the Terms of Service occur, I may cancel the commission.- I reserve the right to refuse a commission under any circumstances.- Commissions, for the most part will be completed in a timely manner. However, there may be situations where work is delayed, or complications may arise due to real life situations. Complexity of the piece, or other commissions and priorities may delay the progress of your commission. Unless a due date is previously agreed upon, I reserve the right to take as long as I like to complete your commission.- Deadlines must be told in advance, and may be subject to additional fees or refusal of the commission if it's a very short amount of time between inquiry and the specified date. I require 2 weeks MINIMUM in advance as a deadline.- Commission queue may be shuffled depending on time, complexity, or communication from commissioners.- Please provide sufficient visual reference, and please do not give more than 4 ref pieces. Insufficient reference material / written descriptions as reference will cost an extra fee.Payment
- All commissions must be paid in full upfront through PayPal or Stripe using USD only. I will send an invoice. (I do not consider unpaid commissions 'serious' and as a protective measure I do not begin work on a piece until it is funded.)- Paying in increments may be considered if it’s a high priced commission, but again, I will not start work on the commission until it's paid in full.Changes and Refunds
- I reserve the right to cancel a client's commission at any time, for any reason. Refunds will be given, but no artwork will be provided.- All Details must be specified before the final approval in the sketch phase. Time consuming changes made to the commission will be subject to an additional charge. This is decided upon at my own discretion.- Any edits to my work are to be done with my permission only.- Full refunds will be given only in the instance that I have not begun work on a commission. Partial refunds may be given at the request of the client, but the amount is entirely dependent on my own discretion and the commission’s level of completion.- Refunds will not be given once the commission has been finished. This is non-negotiable.Usage
- I reserve all rights to my artwork and all that entails.- Artwork can be used for personal use only, unless otherwise negotiated.- Completed commissions may be posted on my social media, unless specifically requested to be private.- The client is entitled to use and share the commission however they see fit, provided that:
- They do not reproduce or use the commission commercially.
- They do not take credit for the creation of the commission.
- They do not remove any of my signatures/watermarks.- After receiving your commission, you are welcome to post it at any site you wish provided you give proper credit, and a direct link back to me or the original post is given.- Commercial use must be discussed and negotiated in the inquiry phase of the commission.- Your commission, unless paid to be kept private, may be used in any examples I post of my work (For instance: price sheets, convention sample books, etc)- Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.The client is receiving digital goods and services and will not receive shipments of any kind. Chargebacks filed for any reason before or after the commission’s completion are invalid, as acknowledged by the client in this agreement.

- Hate art (racist, homophobic, transphobic, etc.)
- Most fetish art
- Heavily detailed mecha / Vehicles
- Heavy gore
- Extreme body horror
- Pixel art
- Particularly taboo subjects (incest, non-con, underage/adult, etc.)

Commission Prices

Status: Open

These are base prices, complex pieces/designs may raise the price accordingly. All prices are in USD.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.

Detailed backgrounds are reserved for full illustration commissions. Backgrounds will be simple otherwise.
Some background elements (ex. props, contained backgrounds) can be added at an additional fee.
Backgrounds regarding small comics can be negotiated for large panels but will be simple for the most part.

Complex elements / features (ex. wings, armor detail, weapon props, patterning, etc.) will add a +20% fee to overall price.

Chibis (Full-body only)

Flats: $40 - add char. $20
Shaded: $50 - add char. $30

Colored Sketch Tier

Headshot/bust: $40 - add char. $20
Half-body: $50 - add char. $30
Full-body: $60 - add char. $40

Flat Color Tier

Headshot/bust: $50 - add char. $30

Full-body: $100 - add char. $60

Shaded Tier (Cel or Soft)

Headshot/bust: $60 - add char. $40
Half-body: $80 - add char. $50
Full-body: $110 - add char. $90

Full Illustration

Half-body: (starting at) $120+ - add char. $80
Full-body: (starting at) $160+ - add char. $100

Small Comic

Base (3-4 panels, flat color, up to 2 charas): $300+
Prices must be discussed if you want to add shading, more panels, more characters, more pages, etc.
